* Rate Guarantee Scheme:
We believe we have created something unique to the hotel industry. Many hotels will talk of their “internet” rate guarantee, that being that their own website will always be the lowest price available on the web, however that is the only place they tend to have such a policy.

So we have looked at this and feel it is only fair to offer a rate capped rate, so if you are a corporate client of the Abbey Court we guarantee that you will be offered the lowest possible rate for your booking, and you can also benefit from knowing that if the hotel is busy then your rate is capped at your agreed “corporate” rate. The best of both worlds.

The ACH loyalty Programme:
We believe that once you or your companies staff stay at the Abbey Court you, like us, will love it and want to stay every time you visit London. And if you do choose to stay with us each time, we feel it is right for us to say thank you for your business.

So we have created our own loyalty programme, which we have decided to keep very simple.

We will give you one complimentary nights stay, in a four poster bedroom, for each 25 nights you or your company staff have stayed with us.

What are the Prices?
1 to 50 Room nights per year: £120
51 to 100 Room nights per year: £115
101 to 199 Room nights per year: £105
200+ Room nights per year: £100

• The prices quoted are for a single executive room, they include VAT and a healthy continental breakfast.
• These are the “capped” rate, remember you will never pay more, you will sometimes pay less.
• The cost to “upgrade” to a double room is £20 per room per night.
• You can also “upgrade” to full English Breakfast for only £5 per room per night

What is a “corporate” rate?
Most hotels, like the airlines, have a variety of rates that they sell their rooms at. Their “Rack” rate is the top price a hotel will sell its rooms, they may also have special leisure rates, internet rates, weekend rates, and many others.

The “corporate” rate will usually be between 20% and 30% below the “Rack” price. The idea being that a company, if they stay loyal to the hotel will book an agreed amount of rooms per year and so are entitled to the discount. The more rooms you promise to book, the greater the discount.

However there are catches, you have to always book at the agreed price, you need to hit your production target to get the rate the next year and your rate does not apply to any “special” promotion the hotel may offer.

We believe that if a company chooses our hotel as their business hotel in London then we should play fair, yes we will give you a corporate rate, but we also open all our promotions and special rates for your use, we also believe that we should repay your loyalty and are doing that too. However above all else we believe that you should choose your business hotel for its level of service, its facilities and the comfort of its bedrooms, and it is those reasons we believe that the Abbey Court is the perfect business hotel in London.
